ABOUT
Resilience + Results

We Help Teams Perform Under Pressure

so they lead with Clarity. Capacity. Choice.™

The Integration Group isn’t your typical consulting or coaching firm.

   We’re small.

      We’re from Alaska.

         We come from tech.

…And we think differently about pressure, performance, and people.

We partner with high performing teams in fast-paced, high-demand environments to solve the root causes that disrupt focus, execution, and alignment, right when performance matters most. Our approach blends strategic coaching, consulting, and proprietary frameworks like Boundaries Before Burnout® and High Workload Response Plans™. It’s built for real-world demands: nonstop deadlines, shifting priorities, accelerated timelines, and the challenge of keeping teams aligned across roles, functions, and expectations.
